The Practice

Archer Architects is a medium sized RIBA Chartered Practice in Stevenage Old Town, Hertfordshire established in 1993.

We specialise in design-led, thoughtful, and sensitive building projects of multiple sizes and sectors.  The directors work closely with their team and clients and have built a strong reputation for providing appropriate solutions, achievable and sustainable, both to deadline and to budget. The team also has a history and capability of seeing through from concept to completion difficult and contentious sites.

Our work includes a varied and interesting mix of projects including small and large scale residential developments, listed buildings, commercial developments, educational buildings, mixed use and retail developments.

With a client range from national retailers and developers to small local businesses, and private developments we are able to offer everyone a comprehensive, yet personal service, from site appraisals to project handover.

Our team has had long and close working relationships with some of the UK’s leading Developers and Contractors, as well as built up a strong network of consultants including Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Environmental Engineers and Planning Consultants. This enables us to offer our clients a team of professionals which will ensure every aspect of the project is considered and the desired results are delivered.
